La invitación está dirigida a investigadores doctorales y postdoctorales (estos últimos que hayan concluido su doctorado con un máximo de seis años).

Young scientist and emerging researchers from biomedical engineering, biomedical research and implant research are invited to apply to our conference “Humboldt meets Leibniz - Emerging Topics in Biomedical Engineering and Implant Research”. The event will take place from September 22 to 24, 2024 in Hannover, Germany.
Its concept is simple but unique: 12-15 Award winners of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation will come to Hannover and share their research expertise and their career-building experiences with the next generation of scientists.

Up to 150 PhD students and postdocs will be selected to attend the conference, which comprises classic poster sessions, presentations as well as discussions on career-building topics, and time for networking. There will be travel allowances for all selected participants.
Humboldt meets Leibniz” is organised by Leibniz University Hannover in cooperation with the VolkswagenStiftung and with the support of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and the German Research Foundation.
